Standardizing Emails and Communications

Our Riters have worked with THOUSANDS of customers. Regardless of their writing skill, one of the most important measures of client success is dependent on how well they communicate.

Here are some tips on managing effective communication so your customers will love you and keep coming back.

Send a Welcome Email

This can be a stock email that you write to all your customers. It should introduce yourself and then talk about expectations and your process.

Manage Expectations

Depending on the content requested, its very important to let them know ahead of time when they can expect a draft and even how many drafts they can expect
PRO TIP: If you are using flat rate pricing then make sure to be upfront with how many revisions they are allowed without additional cost.

Write Stock Emails

We suggest setting up stock emails for all common correspondence such as Your Draft for Review, Thanks for Your Business, etc. These will ensure that all communication you send is both professional and informative.

Build a PROCESS

This is both for you and your customers. The more regimented you are around a process, the better you will deliver consistent results.
